Hello! I’m Phil Shepard.

I'm the founder and owner of ClearView Valuations.

I'm a versatile, high-energy, and results-oriented business analytics professional with experience collecting, transforming, and organizing data to drive informed decision-making.

I am an expert at reviewing and analyzing market data trends to develop accurate property valuations for single-family homes, condominiums, and townhouses. I work closely with my clients and their customers to ensure the highest organization standards are met or exceeded. I effectively manage deadlines and provide timely and rigorously reviewed value opinions.

I've worked in the real estate industry as a licensed professional since 2005. I started ClearView Valuations as a way to engage full-time with my two biggest passions in business: real estate and data analytics.
